Why is my Episode Not Appearing on a Specific Platform?

If an episode is not displaying on a specific platform (e.g. Spotify, Apple), but is visible on others, that indicates the episode was successfully published and the issue is specific to the platform. In these cases, reach out to PodcastPublishing@iheartmedia.com and they will submit a support request to the platform from which the episode is missing.
