Why is my New Logo Artwork Not Displaying on Any of the Platforms?

If a partner has recently updated artwork in Omny, but the new image isn’t coming through on any of the platforms, the most common cause is that the artwork was only updated at the Program level in Omny. In order to populate the RSS feed, the artwork needs to be updated at the Playlist level. This can be resolved in one of two ways:

  1. Manually update the image on the Playlist details page to reflect the new artwork.

  2. Delete the image on the Playlist details page. When this happens, the RSS feed will default to the Program level image.

Make sure your Artwork is 3000x3000 PNG or JPEG for Apple
